Nick was very friendly and answered my questions. He was very thorough providing maintenance to our furnace and A/C.
My two technicians were great
My two technicians were great. I believe one Colin and Isaac, they came out and immediately diagnosed my air conditioning unit to find out that the fuse box was bumped a little off position, even though it looked like it was on. They thoroughly explained everything to me that needed to be done with maintenance as a new homeowner. They made me feel very comfortable and understood. I would highly recommend.
Very calming and helpful
John W came to our home for a thermostat check. He serviced the A/C with a thorough check and took care of the thermostat also. It is very calming and helpful to have a group like BW/Cook around here!
They did a great job
Has been about a week since we had them install our new furnace and AC unit. They did a great job and were very respectful. Definitely recommend them if you need any HVAC services done. Price wasn't unreasonable either.

Great experience with BW Cook. Scheduling was easy, and communication was excellent. The technician called before arriving, and I received updates by text and email, including a link to track their location and estimated arrival time.
They quickly identified the root causes of both issues, explained everything clearly, and provided a quote before starting the work. They repaired a sewage sump pump and a leaking copper pipe efficiently and professionally.

Will Is a Rockstar
My AC compressor failed after storms and voltage issues. BW installed the system, so I contacted them for service. They sent tech William Herring. Will is a Rockstar; he asked all the right questions, and his knowledge is outstanding, as is his etiquette and customer skills. I could not have asked for a better experience or outcome.

They Were Very Thorough
They were very thorough in deciphering the issue. They offered multiple options to potentially fix our issues. We decided to have our system replaced. They had great options with incentives (like paying our first 6 months for us) as well as reasonable monthly payments through financing. They were friendly and not high pressure. They made every effort to help accommodate us in getting our new system installed as soon as possible. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace, AC, or complete system.

Showed up at the scheduled time. I was notified in advance of the time and the name of the technician. The tech also called and let me know when he would arrive. They are always great and this time was no exception. He kept me informed of what he was doing and did a thorough job. Always pleased with their service.

He was pleasant and professional, and always talked to me with the intent of explaining things, rather than acting like I should know everything or that he didn't care. Would Have Him Come Back Again
Had a plumber come out to the house within an hour of calling to make an appointment. A fix was done on an outdoor faucet. It included some inside work that added a shutoff valve to be used in the winter. Mel answered all of my questions. The job was done in an efficient amount of time. The repair was pricey, but may have prevented a future leak. Would have him come back again for future plumbing issues.

Our 19-year-old GEO heat pump went out, called around, and to replace it was way too much, so we decided to go for a conventional HVAC system. Looked around, but no other place does leasing until we found BW Cook. Service techs that came to install our unit was done in 1 day, and we were back into our nice cold house again! I would recommend them hands down!
