So far, so good — Jackson Duke arrived right on time for both appointments, and our A/C is ticking over quite well now — rather important for this time of year in Central Texas... (and no, I'm not telling the world what it cost us...)
Jackson's customer service was exemplary
Go figure, the upper floor A/C goes out in the first half of the UT-Ohio State game. After calling numerous HVAC repair companies that couldn't come out until Monday, we came across Strand Brothers, who were able to schedule for the following morning. Communication was great through email and text, and service technician Jackson arrived promptly the next morning. He deduced the unit issue and had us back to cooling within 30 minutes. He also ensured our drain lines were clear for peace of mind. Our entire experience was so good we also signed up for their annual maintenance plan, providing two service visits (A/C and heating system) included along with various preventative measures and discounts off any future work/parts. Jackson's customer service was exemplary and we look forward to having him return for our maintenance plan visits.

My A/C stopped working suddenly at 5:30 p.m. It was 102 degrees outside. I called Strand Brothers right away. They sent me the technician in 2 hours. Chase did an excellent job fixing the problems. Now my A/C is working super cool. Thank you.

Great experience with Strand Brothers - I called early Friday morning, they got here and diagnosed the problem with my AC before lunch. Ended up needing a new unit, which they then installed the next morning (a Saturday!) - which was a big deal as the temperature soared into the hundreds.

My experience with the service person Issac Dominguez was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable about the difficulty I was experiencing of not having hot water. Although I had difficulty understanding all the technical things that was evident, Mr. Dominguez took his time and patiently explained it to me!

Friday afternoon, 100° outside and the AC quits cooling. Made a 4 PM call to Strand Brothers and was told a representative could be at the house by 6 PM. Notified us of his arrival time via a text and phone call, and was exactly on time! AC up and running by 7 PM. Excellent service and did not have to figure out another place to stay for the weekend.
