As Always, a First-Class Experience
As always, a first-class experience when Strand Brothers calls, in this case the routine maintenance visit for summer. There was a mix-up on one of our maintenance contracts—our only sore spot with Strand Bros.—but the tech took care of it without fanfare. Our technician was knowledgeable and efficient, while also being polite and informative.
I do wish Strand Brothers would rationalize its maintenance contracts. I have three units, and I have to have a separate contract for each, and they renew at different times, and—apparently—I cannot set them to auto-renew. Honestly, it's badly designed from a customer's standpoint; I should be able to have one maintenance contract for all the units at a location (my house).
But the service itself—the part that really matters—is always excellent, whether it is the routine visits or a service call.

Frank Was Competent and Polite
Frank, our technician, was competent, polite, and showed up when he said he would. He stayed with the problem until he had it fixed. An earlier plumber could not resolve the leak issue. I would use him again.

Knowledgeable and Courteous Service
The service providers were both knowledgeable and courteous in their interaction with me and answered all my concerns. Also, I have an annual service plan that I find financially more manageable than paying a larger sum all at once.

Justin gave my A/C an excellent score considering the age of my unit. With good maintenance all should be operating well for another year. Unit purchased 2009. Lennox is the best.

I really like doing business with you guys. So much so that I paid off my advantage loan because I'm 90 and will be dead before the loan is paid back.
The two men that came out yesterday were professional, courteous and went the extra mile by going somewhere, buying what was needed and getting my H/AC operational even though it was well past 5:00 PM when they finished.
On time, great service and peace of mind
Water heater installation. I had a water heater that was in much need of replacement. Carlos, a master plumber, was assigned to remove and install and to make sure it was done with the builder's code in order. This man is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to talk to you about any concerns you might have and enjoys his work and people. On time, great service and peace of mind, Stan’s and Carlos are the best in the business.

Tim Lines came out to perform routine maintenance and found a setting that was incorrect and making the system throw error codes. Tim was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing. I feel he did a very thorough job of maintenance. I highly recommend Tim and Strand Bros. He definitely deserves the 5 stars!

We Will Definitely Call Strand Brothers Again
Thankfully, the Strand Brothers service tech was quickly dispatched for some cooling trouble with our HVAC.
Rondel Dragon and his tech assistant both arrived right on schedule as promised from their call center operator.
Rondel quickly ran several tests and then clearly explained our options to repair or replacements needed. He and his assistant were VERY helpful in providing a full assessment of our HVAC system cooling issues and options to proceed.
They quickly replaced several needed parts. Soon we had great cooling again, just in time for the upcoming Texas summer!!
We will definitely call Strand Brothers again, thanks to their quality techs and the fair services provided.

They Did an Amazing Job
We bought a new HVAC unit from Strand Brothers, and Hunter and Dragon came to service the unit as part of the courtesy maintenance we had. When they were here, we asked them to service the other older unit also. They did an amazing job. It took almost 2 hours, but they thoroughly cleaned up the unit. Not only were they both very professional and friendly, they took time to advise and explain what they did. Thank you.
