Very nice, very efficient
Gentlemen were very nice. I will have to get back to you all as I needed a new AC. I have never had a Lennox, so I will see how it goes. Made in America, so I am crossing my fingers. I hope I chose right. Got installation today. Nice men, but one could not speak English, which made it hard. Very efficient. Got right to work and did install. Took them from around 9 to 3:30. But they worked! Learning this new thermostat. Yikes.

AC works better than any AC ever
Love my new AC system and the new UV 2 bulb with ozone. AC works better than any AC I have ever experienced in my life. My FPL went from $140 to $70/month when they installed the indoor and outdoor new units last August 2025. Now with the 2 UV bulbs and ozone, air is cleaner and AC works even better!
Professional and Expert Technician
Service Experts technician Jesus Moreno was professional and expert in quickly diagnosing and repairing my A/C problem. He explained thoroughly the problem, the fix, and future maintenance. He was polite and respectful of my home. I also had pleasant experiences on the phone with office staff to schedule the urgent repair and to be kept informed of expected arrival time. This was my first experience with Service Experts, but I will be a repeat customer.

Work Was Done Quickly and Neatly
We have the Advantage Plan for our water heater and thought I’d see what Service Experts could do with the 3 outside faucets and main shutoff to replace them. Called on Monday morning and was given an appointment on Tuesday from 12–4. Around 11 the company called and asked if the tech could come earlier and I said yes. Leiden was polite and professional. Gave an estimate for the job (which was on the pricey side, $1,000) and he said that wasn’t even counting the main shutoff, he was giving that for free. He left to get the parts and came back about an hour later. The work was done quickly and neatly.
