Professional and Knowledgeable Technician
Had Michael the tech today who installed a new WiFi thermostat and did my maintenance service. I had an issue with the thermostat I provided; Michael suggested going to Home Depot and getting a replacement and he would wait to install it. He was both a professional and knowledgeable technician. I have had great service from this company in the two years that they have been servicing my system. Again, thank you, Michael.

Karl correctly diagnosed the electric problem with the water pump connection to our water-cooled AC system. Karl identified the faulty part, and our AC company was able to secure the part and install it by the end of the day. All systems worked perfectly.
Service Experts technician Chip saved the day
I have had a service contract with them for over a decade and purchased a new unit they installed. Service technician Chip Owen (#506) was very professional and very thorough when replacing A.C. coils. He called ahead to let me know how far away he was and was very informative in explaining all the work he was doing during the repair. His professionalism saved this review from being lower.
When the rusted coils were discovered 3 weeks ago, I was told it would take 3 weeks for the new coils to arrive. I paid for half of the job and purchased another service contract with them at that time. I didn't get any update on the ordered parts/coils, and this concerned me because I had other projects that I needed to plan ahead for so they wouldn't fall in the same week, and it concerned me because they had always been great at keeping me updated. When I finally called to get an update, they told me the part would arrive the next afternoon. I found that a little odd since the part was supposed to have been ordered 3 weeks ago.
I gave the customer service department the benefit of the doubt due to COVID-19, but still feel a call saying there was a delay in the supply chain wasn't too much to expect from a company I had used for so long. When you factor in the money I already paid for the job, a call wasn't a big ask.
Service Experts technician Chip saved the day by doing great work and exhibiting the professionalism that reminded me why I use their service. I would just suggest that the company work on the customer service ahead of the job.

Just had an A.C. cleaning and inspection by a great technician, Aleksandar, that did a quick and efficient job of looking at the system. He was clean and polite. He explained what he found and offered up suggestions or things to keep an eye on that will be very helpful going forward.

Excellent plumbing repair
Nick, with his sidekicks Cody and Dante, did an excellent plumbing repair that was quite extensive. Back-to-back bathrooms needed pipe replacement. They also put in a new hot water heater. They worked steadily; their work displayed true craftsmanship. They were very polite and easy to talk to, answering all our questions. We highly recommend this crew from Service Experts.

I have a contract with Home Serve, and Service Experts assigned Leodan Gallardo Lopez to the job. I was completely satisfied with the assessment of the problem, which was a leaking shower faucet and a malfunctioning commode. The work on the shower was completed as described, and the commode was repaired. However, the problem with the shower was not resolved. It will require additional service. The company is assisting to find a solution.
